Because I told him I'd be needing two tickets and then he got all weird about it and started talking about me and 'my friend'. It was pretty great, actually.

He also asked about hanging out with me and I said I'm not sure or something and he was weird about that, too. I don't know, I thought he'd not care that much, so it's cool?

I mean I'm glad you didn't immediately say yes. That's progress. All I'm saying is that since he's got a boyfriend he has no reason to be acting weird about you guys anymore. Even Gabriella thinks it's cruel and you know how much she loves Ryan.

I think he also wrote that he loves me? It was all smushed together.

[He's not actually properly listening to Troy, just kind of thinking out loud.]

[He is very much failing at imitating a Ryan voice.]

That just seems really out of place. Like what was the point of that?

Nah. I accidentally said something like it when we emailed, you know, when he told me he's proud of me for telling you and we kept talking then. That got weird, because at first it sounded... I mean, I think he actually wrote that he wants us to try again? But he was already dating Jack at the time. And he backtracked. I dunno.

How do you think he did something like that? He either did or didn't dude, so which is it?

Looking it up now. Yeah. '...I know things aren't going to be fixed between us anytime soon, but we can try? Maybe? ...I miss you.'
